Customer Support - IT Hardware Training DTCS can train an onsite employee to monitor and maintain advanced hardware configurations. This training would ideally be for, but not limited to, an existing employee with a moderate level of information technology experience. Patching servers and administering common network resources are a few of the trainable tasks. This training is done on a case by case basis, but the training possibilities are only limited by the resources allotted.
